studio policies

A card is required in order to make and hold an appointment. This card will only be charged in the result of a no show or last minute
cancellation.

Clients are given a 15min grace period if running late. Tech may need to reschedule appointment if running later than 15 minutes, due to lack of time to complete the service. Feel free to ask your tech if you can still be accommodated after the 15min mark. We try out best to get you in!

No shows are subject to a $50 charge. Last minute cancellations & reschedules are subject to a $25 charge. This is given directly to the tech whose schedule was affected.

Any new client coming in for the first time with lashes already on from another salon/tech is booked as a welcome fill to ensure we have enough time to give you the best lashes we can!

Any fill over 4 weeks is considered a new set. Booking a 2-3 week fill with your tech after each appointment is the best way to stay ahead of the game!

Touch ups are a great little pick me up service but can not be booked or
used as fills. 

Example: initial fill is 3/4
Touch up is booked for 3/12
The following 2 or 3 week fill will still have to be booked from the fill done on 3/4

Clients are given a 48hr period to come back for a free fix or removal if there are any problems with the initial set or fill. The addition of more lashes to make the set fuller only qualifies as a fix if a substantial amount of extensions have come off.

We are a team of professionals at luminous lash studio and know how important a client relationship is. We want you to know it is completely okay to request a new tech or try out all our techs and find your match!
